Cash purchase
A direct, as-is purchase at a fixed price with a certain closing date — no financing contingency, no repair negotiation after inspection, no public marketing.
- When it fits
- A settled estate, a relocation with a fixed date, or a property whose septic, condition or regulatory questions would otherwise dominate every retail negotiation.
- What it costs you
- The price carries the risk the buyer absorbs, and in Concord that risk is larger because permitting is less predictable. Against a well-prepared listing of an attractive Concord house, cash will generally be the lower number.
